Our recent study evaluated ten LLMs under real-world clinical loads, revealing that high-capacity models like GPT-4-turbo-128k and Llama-3-70B excel in handling up to 50 simultaneous tasks while maintaining accuracy. By employing a concatenation strategy, we demonstrated up to a 17-fold cost reduction at scale.
